Residenza is a smart development of 14 new homes located on the iconic George Leigh Street in the heart of Ancoats, Manchester.

Our Studio produced marketing CGI to be used across all marketing materials, as well as for PR purposes across social media channels.

All properties were sold off plan within weeks of being released.

Film

Our Studio produced a 2-minute animation that aims to clearly communicate Residenza’s USPs. A development with a design that is sympathetic to it’s neighbourhood and history, yet beautiful in its simplicity and quality of materials and interior spaces.
