St Martin’s place is Seven Capital's latest flagship development within their vast property portfolio.

The Our Studio team were very happy to be working closely with the Seven Capital team again to produce CGI stills, an animation and a 360-degree panoramic tour of the apartments.

Our studio were tasked with creating high end visuals of these luxury apartments along with showcasing all the amenities this prestigious residential scheme offers.

During the production process Our Studio commissioned drone photography and liaised with the client and drone provider to capture all the required shots for the stills and animation to bring the scenes to life.

Film

Once our 3D model had been created for the CGIs we were then able to quickly and efficiently develop this for a marketing animation. This featured at the international launch of the scheme and was promoted widely across social media channels.

Panorama / VR

Creating 360-degree Panoramic views provide an interactive experience for viewers which takes our CGI to the next level. Click on the image to scroll around the model and jump from one room to another to explore an apartment.
