Our Studio was thrilled to contribute to the AVR Fletcher Street project, collaborating closely with planners and architects to create Verified Views (AVRS) for 14 key viewpoints supporting the planning submission. We also produced multiple high-quality marketing CGIs to showcase the transformation of this currently vacant site into a sustainable, diverse community in the heart of Stockport. Led by Progressive Living Developments in partnership with Picture This, this Passivhaus Low Energy scheme will introduce 245 high-quality homes across two striking buildings, with heights ranging from 8 to 20 storeys making it Stockport’s tallest building upon completion. Designed to accommodate residents of all ages (0–100), the development includes 22 wheelchair-friendly apartments, innovative rooftop growing spaces, and a shared laundrette, all aimed at fostering a vibrant and inclusive urban lifestyle.
