Architectural CGI, Animation & Film for a £193m Sell-Out Residential Development

Our Studio worked with Select Property to create the complete suite of sales and marketing visualisation for One Port Street, its landmark residential development in Manchester's Northern Quarter and the first scheme within Select Property's flagship Prestige Collection.

Designed by SimpsonHaugh, One Port Street comprises 477 premium apartments alongside an extensive resident amenity offer, including a swimming pool and spa, gym and fitness studio, landscaped urban garden, co-working spaces, residents' lounge and seventh-floor terrace.

Our role was to translate the architectural and interior design vision into a compelling visual identity that could communicate not only what One Port Street would look like, but the lifestyle, atmosphere and experience it would offer — long before buyers could experience the completed development.

What We Delivered

Our Studio produced the full architectural CGI package, including exterior imagery and key amenity spaces, alongside animation and a location-led marketing film.

The film extended the story beyond the development itself. Location filming around Manchester captured the culture, character and energy of the city and Northern Quarter, while camera-matched drone footage integrated the proposed building accurately into the Manchester skyline, helping international and UK buyers understand both the development and its wider location.

Together, the CGI, animation, film and location footage created a consistent suite of visual marketing assets that could be used throughout the sales campaign.

Demonstrating ROI

One Port Street achieved an exceptional commercial result, with all 477 apartments sold before completion, generating £193 million in sales.

The development reached £105m in sales just two months after its global launch and 90% sold within 15 months, ultimately becoming Select Property's highest-performing development by sales value.

Our imagery formed an integral part of the marketing of a product buyers were being asked to invest in before it physically existed — demonstrating the role high-quality property CGI, architectural animation and visual storytelling can play in building confidence, communicating value and supporting off-plan residential sales.

The One Port Street launch campaign was also recognised at the Prolific North Marketing Awards, winning Best Property & Construction Campaign.
